advance look at the "Progressive Person-of-the-Week" |
|
Every Thursday at MOVELEFT.COM, I display the "Progressive Person-of-the-Week." It won't be Thursday in Minnesota for over an hour, but you can still find out who gets the honor this week by clicking below: http://www.moveleft.com/moveleft_essay_2005_01_13_progressive_person_of_the_week_us_senator_barbara_boxer.aspActually, reading the full address above kind of gives it away.

3. I was glad not to see a repeat of the scene in |
|
Michael Moore's F911 where Congresswomen couldn't get a hearing.
The Republicans said on Jan. 6, 2005, that the objection was because of Michael Moore, and my reaction was:
If so, good for Michael Moore!, and good for anyone who went to see that movie and was moved by it.
