1. Actually this isnt a a bad speech.

Its more of a "stay the course" type of speech, and there is alot of common sense in what Bush is saying...that we cant just walk away from Iraq, and that we cant do it alone there, either....

2. Unfortuanly, its still a lie.

If he was, he would be be willing to seed power to UN athority. He dosn't, and I doubt he will never will. The oil feilds are his, it was why he went their. I suspect he would sooner die than turn them over.
