Bush's great success has been to make us all co-conspirators. Or |
|
at least the 50% of us that buy into all his terror tactics.
Starting with the 9/11 myth which a large percentage of us have swallowed without questions,he has managed to silence the small voices which have questioned the very premise of the bombing of the WTC Towers. That feat has been accomplished by suppressing evidence, stonewalling, coopting the Press, intimidating witnesses and ridiculing the sane voices as Conspiracy Theorists.Once this version of events was firmly deposited into the cobwebs of our minds,it was then off to the races to accomplish the agenda he has set out to do, which is to use the 9/11 as a beating stick to cow anyone who opposes any of his programs, assassinate the character of people who question him and simply threaten people using his proxies in the Press.
Until we break our silence on that heinous crime of 9/11, I see our prospects for wresting control of the politics in this country as slim.We need to constantly keep alive that issue and to restore the truth to our discourse. It is only then that we can be a healed nation. All other issues are sideshows.

1. Agreed. We need to be recognized, not as dissenting rabble, but rather |
|
as valid, organized, and political opposition. We cannot be permanently disenfranchised. I'm hoping that January 20th in DC will be the kick-off of a new attitude and a new plan.

I see in the past few days Bush being attack on multiple fronts. It started with the Boxer rebellion and it will grow louder and louder. Bush will not survive this term.
However I pity the American President who replace him. The clean up and unraveling of the damage cause by him is going to be a very painful process. There is so much healing needed.

I want to see those responsible for 9/11 brought to justice...whoever they are. The truth must come out.
