Need article about ministers replacing Jesus' cross for RevMoon's crown
and has there been any reaction from the Republican apologists for Moon over this latest stunt to be the Messiah?

Also needed is article where both Bush1 and Bush2 spoke to Moon's last big gathering shortly after the election. Someone posted it here at DU recently, but, I have been unable to find it.

123 Churches Took Down the Cross Over the Easter Holiday

Michael Jenkins

A truly profound moment in history has occurred. 123 clergy took down their crosses over the Easter weekend. This was supported by another 135 clergy who attended services participating and in accord with this dispensation. All told, 258 clergy directly affirmed the taking down of the cross proclaiming an end the era of bloodshed and sacrifice and the beginning of a new era of faith and resurrection.

Also, try googling "tear down the cross tour"

Christians to help RevMoon lull the Republican religious right and use them to help strengthen his powerhold in the US and maintain his over 4 decade alliance with the Bushes.

4. I'd guess that depends on how you define Christian.
There is a certain type of person who is drawn to the occupation of pastor because it automatically puts you in a position of authority. Believe me, I've met a lot of them because my father was a minister, but not the power-hungry type. And if that kind of minister really plays his cards right, the power can be translated into lots of money. I suspect that is the kind of pastor who is willing to ignore all the teachings of true Christianity and join up with Rev. Moon. Hard telling how much money (or anything else) these men were promised.
