$87 billion forks out to about $310 per citizen. I would pay $620 or $930 a year to universalize health care. Why isn't there money for us? We need it. I could finish my degree with some of that money.

Remember when the Republicans would accuse the Democrats of solving every problem by throwing money at it. Well, this request pretty much dwarfs anything the Democrats have put in place.
