Scalia is quite an arrogant guy, but I have to admit...he's smart too. Im sure it's personality, and I can see why he and Cheney are buddies.

As far as personality goes, Bryer is the good guy. All of his answers showed that he believes his decisions should all be based upon the constitution, that he can't possibly know everything (no one can), and that he tries very hard to make sure all of his opinions are as transparent as possible.
