AD just said that we don't have to take time to help Iraq formulate a constitution. They can have ours because we aren't using it.

It was some time ago, but I do recall AD debating the issue of torture. I think he was for at least the use of drugs. It was a while back, so I can't remember how far he's be willing to go.
Btw, last week Chris Matthews interviewed a writer who has a book coming out that illustrates how we're using some disorientation and drugging on at least one of the Al Qaeda that was captured. I can't remember the title but the book is abouit Saudi Arabia's connection to terrorists.
