Iraq Election: What happens when Allawi wins? |

I know that the Sunni's are boycotting the election and the Kurds could care less. But how will the majority Shiites react when Allawi gets elected? It wouldn't seem to be too acceptable since Allawi is secular. Will the election of Allawi be the formal beginning of the civil war?

I can't imagine that the U.S. would have relationships with any of the other candidates. Anything less than Allawi would have the U.S. booted out of Iraq.
By the way, if the U.S. leaves, are the Bremer rules enforcable?
