A skit taking on the Dan Rather boot-to-the-face could mean the MSM isn't completely owned?

The gist was Rather's mea culpa earlier this week was actually FORGED...

Anyone else see this to comment?

It may be only hopeful thinking but some kind of MSM/CWM/COW/??? backlash could be formentting. The piece below certainly breaks down the media's failure with precision. Journalists _know_ they are not doing their duty... Supposedly 90% voted Kerry! (and how about that Military vote! wow!)

edit: did anyone get the irony when they said Rather was born in New Jersey rather than Texas and because of this they had him say "there is no reason for me to talk the way I do"? WTF? The boy king was born wherever the hell, not Texas, a blue-blood richie rich if there ever was one, but they aren't taking him to task for his fake Texas accent and silk cowboy hat!
