I suggest you keep it short and to the point, without a lot of excess vitriol toward the dumbass currently occupying the oval office. According to the story I saw in the New York Times, the rank-and-file folks who dislike spending their budget stumping for privatization aren't happy about it either. Give them a little help by writing a nice, respectful objection.
