Pickles & Shrub to Abandon Pig Farm for Dallas Retirement
The charade of the "ranch" will be over. So, too, the punishing of the press corps in front of the fake rolls of hay.

First Lady: Home In Dallas May Be In Future
Mrs. Bush: 'We've Talked About It A Lot, Really'

After President George W. Bush completes his second term, he and the first lady will probably acquire a home in Dallas, in addition to their Crawford ranch, said first lady Laura Bush.

"That's where we were when George was elected governor," Laura Bush said at the White House on Friday. ....

"We've talked about it a lot, really," Laura Bush said. ....

know, we are leaving as soon as we can. Thanks Laura for helping us make up our minds. South America, here we come. Illegal immigration gone backwards. I have much more to say, but it is not considered to be appropriate (good manners, don't you know).

On edit:

Laura really does say really a lot, doesn't she? Is she a "Valley Girl"? No, just a student and grad from SMU in the early 70's, who smoked and sold a lot of weed. REALLY!

2. Laura has been known to hate the pig farm.
...it's just like Eva Gabor on "Green Acres." She wants the uptown life.

My guess is that the pig farm will be abandoned when the "Connecticut Cowboy President" charade is no longer needed. Then they can turn it into a cash cow, an admission-charging "historical landmark." Guided tours, loyalty oaths, and free complimentary mini-bags of pretzels.

3. After Stealing election #2 we find

1) The search for WMDs is over and the people have spoken: "They elected me again" chronologically incorrect Bush says.

2) Bush disappearing for weeks at a time since November with no accounting where he's gone.

2) Pig Farm Facade dropped cause we are tired of the act we are heading for the bright lights and bling-bling of Big D.

6. Chimpy McFart and Pickles have talked a lot about moving back to Dallas?
Edited on Sun Jan-16-05 10:49 AM by flordehinojos
Does that mean that they have been word (or shadow) fighting each other? I MEAN: do you believe that America's own grown dictator SON will want to give up so much POWER and ATTENTION at the end of his second stolen pRESIDENCY?

I can imagine the dialogue between them going something like this,

PICKLES: "George, we ARE getting out of the WHITE HOUSE in 2008. I won't stand for countless more years of prison. It doesn't matter how many servants, chauffers, airplanes or helicopters we have. I am done with it. You can kiss my grits if you think I am staying here."

CHIMPY McFART: "Now Laura, don't get excited. I am just getting used to the cherry blossoms, and the doughnuts filled turkeys basted in cocacola syrup. Helicopters flying overhead don't bother me anymore, i can get my 8 hour sleep, plus I love to be flown around in them, i love to stop traffic, and i love to invade and occupy the white house and other countries and territories. You can have a hissy fit but I may put my texas cowboy boot enshrined foot down and then we'll see who will budge...
but really, LAURA, a woman is supposed to serve and obey her MASTER... in this case ME... You know I don't believe in any democratic principles... but we'll have time to talk about it--if we are not all raptured before the end of my second stolen election..."

PICKLES: "I'm going to tell your POPPY that you are abusing me!"

CHIMPY McFART: "Go ahead Laura. You know whose side they'l be on. You'll be waisting your time... So you'll just have to put up and shut up ...unless you want to be left out on the cold like Nielsie's wife... I, HAVE THE LAST WORD, ALWAYS. AND YOU KNOW IT!"

8. but -- they were going to live in that house forever!

Laura claims that's why they had it designed without stairs, so they could retire there.

"I wanted a one-level house, with no steps, that we could grow old in."

Okay then. In the past, George has claimed that his wife has made him cut vacations short because she wanted to get back to Washington. But evidently she cares more about the house than he does. What bets he tries to blame this on her -- "The little woman nagged and nagged about getting a place in Dallas, so's she could go shoppin'."

At least one person isn't telling the truth here. Heck, they both could be.
