Listen to Dan Bartlett: Everything is swell in Iraq, Jeez you whiners.
Can you believe the bullshit this man is spewing. You'd think Iraq was in Idaho or somewhere. Things are just dandy. We have a 'little' security problem but Iraqis are excited about vote...and 58 million people are nodding thier heads in approval.

1. Things are dandy in Iraq. They must be- he's saying it everywhere!
I think he was on three different talking head shows in the past two days. Next they'll be promising that everyone who votes will be showered with flowers just like the US troops when they rolled in with tanks to rescue Bagdad.

See "Control Room", which is now at the video stores. Great observation of just how "dandy" things were and are in Iraq.

3. There can't possibly be a problem in Iraq because the
boy king* says so. Well, maybe the Tootsie Rolls are a little past their expiration date and the roses are a little wilted, but other than that...

4. Yes, the reincarnation of Josef Goebbels and the Ministry of
Propaganda. He lives! I'm really angry though that they are allowed to spew this shit without any hard questions from Russert. God damn we need Helen Thomas up there interviewing these A's!

5. I thought Card, Rove, and Hughes created the delusional Bush...
Bartlett must play a bigger role than I thought.

6. We just barely control the green zone . . .

and insurgents operate checkpoints in the open everywhere else.

Sometimes it seems more like we're the "little security problem" in a country controlled by the other side. Dan, you would make Baghdad Bob cringe with embarrassment.
