Anyone watch Larry King tonight ?
Excellent! News correspondants who know telling it like it is and refuting Bush's speechifying.

1. Yes
The show was awesome - the reporters were actually telling the
truth. It was a joy to behold and the CNN poll is indicating the
majority of people weren't impressed with Bush at all.

The two Republicans were shocked about what the reporters had to say.
Tsk, tsk, they were honest for a change and the pubs were upset.
Poor babies - hope they all go down with Bush.

2. Republicans are truly clueless
when they don't get slow-pitch softballs to swing at.

3. I saw Bush's spinners
That smug idiot Kyl from Arizona and Congressman Shays criticizing the reporters for their 'negativity' concerning Iraq.

To hear them tell it, it's all good.

5. I tell ya' I am elated.
I rarely watch Larry King but I took a chance tonight and I feel elated that the people who are closest to the Iraq situation had no problem telling the truth about the goofups the Bush administration have committed. They didn't have to come right out and call Bush a liar, telling it 'like it is' accomplished that. The situation in Iraq is abysmal and not getting better contrary to what Bush and his coterie of political cronies say it is. Shays & Kyl said nothing of value to refute these on the scene reporters. I fail to understand why any intelligent US citizen could continue to support this vile man & his handlers who have brought the US to such a low. The world is a more dangerous place thanks to the insanity of those who are ruling our lives.

6. Nick Robertson said the Iraqis will resent saying the US is fighting
terrorism in Iraq when they know they didn't have a terrorist problem until Bush brought them there.
