that the exit polls showed that the election was rigged and therefore Saddam really did not win. Also, the voting machines were accessible to the internet so that outsiders could hack into them. Obviously Saddam's Karl Rove hacked in.
I wonder if he could keep a straight face.

Allawi is already the winner, convenient enough for the Bushies. It's already set up, just like Hamid Karzai.
I would be SHOCKED beyond belief if that didn't come to pass.
