3. Bush would claim
that the exit polls showed that the election was rigged and therefore Saddam really did not win. Also, the voting machines were accessible to the internet so that outsiders could hack into them. Obviously Saddam's Karl Rove hacked in.

I wonder if he could keep a straight face.

I'm sure the tabulators have already come up with a plan for that...
whereby a vote for Hussein will be counted instead as a vote for Bush. Hey, they don't even have to change the source code!

It's already set up, just like Hamid Karzai.

7. There was the possibility that SH could have won
free elections in the 1980's when the countries infrastructure was built up by oil wealth and before it was all destroyed by Gulf war, sanctions, invasion, occupation...
