About today's top 10 conservative idiots list... i fell out of my chair... |
|
The 10th item on the list told about how Kid Rock - a Bush supporter - was uninvited from opening the Bush inauguration because of, among other things, a swipe he made at Barbara Bush way back in 1990. However, in the last paragraph of the linked WorldNetDaily article, I read something even more amazingly hilarious - apparently, at the inauguration, "There also will be a performance of 'Let the Eagles Soar,' a song written by Attorney General John Ashcroft." Where art thou, Beckett? I don't think any government has ever done such an amazing job of staying ahead of satire...
I wonder if it will be performed by the author himself? Now that would be something to see...
