If we pull out of Iraq after the election just guess how hard it will be.. |
|
to find "reliable" news from there... the media will turn its back so quickly they will get whiplash ... then all the righties will forget about it... we need to think of a way to keep it in the limelight.. any ideas?

1. Can you watch a foreign television news station? |
|
I think after the election, Iraq will become as quiet as Afghanistan. It won't matter what is going on there, we just won't hear about it. The people in Iraq will be as "free" and "happy" as the people in Afghanistan.
Unless you can watch foreign news, I don't think you'll ever hear of it again. "Mission Accomplished"

5. All you can do is keep telling people what you saw and heard. |

And strongly recommend to them that they watch the foreign news. What else can you do?
For the people who watch the American news, it will be just like Afghanistan. No news. No news is good news.
Just keep spreading the word as much as possible.

Apparently the plan is to pull out of Iraq and on into Iran just like we pulled out of Afghanistan and into Iraq.

4. Well if Iraq is a mistake (which it is) |
|
By comparison to what Iran would turn into it would be remembered as a walk in the park on a spring day.

7. and let's remember that, unlike Iraq |
|
Iran does have nuclear capabilities. And North Korea, seeing the second "axis of evil" state going down, will, no doubt, follow the example of Bush and launch a preemptive nuclear strike. The Idiot in Chief is going to start a nuclear war, I fear.

8. I honestly believe they've lost their minds. |
|
And do you know that this morning's news clip included someone who pulled out that old, old "fight them over there instead of over here" chestnut?

6. We "pulled out" of Afghanistan because foreign soldiers are there. |
|
What foreign soldiers will go into Iraq to clean up our mess?
