The King Center in Atlanta, even thought it is not-for-profit, is also a brand name. Competing organizations should not be able to dilute that brand name by providing consumers with confusing, false information.

IIRC, the FBI played the tape for King's wife. The tape started out with King talking with aides and individuals, but King's wife said that once the sex started, none of the voices heard were King's voice.
