Chris Matthew working for his mortgage in Nantuckett-brings up Clinton
Trying to put all the blame of the Dem's downfall on Clinton. Still wants to see Clinton crucified by the Dems.

Matthews, the reason why the Dems lost power was BECAUSE they didn't support Clinton and BECAUSE they allowed you whores to ignore the bigger stories. Stories like:

(1) Ken Starr leaking information.
(2) Richard Mellon Scaife making Randolph Hearst look like a girl scout selling cookies.
(3) The media going after a president over a private matter for the first time in history!

I know I'm scratching the surface. What other BIG stories did the media whores fail to report back in the 90s, which would have made a big difference today?

1. The emergence of PNAC
Who in large part, was responsible for Clinton's belief that Saddam Hussein had WMD's.

2. Yep, that's a big un.
Also the fact that Louis Freeh was slicing and dicing the FBI so fast that FBI agents became reluctant to cooperate with other branches for fear of pissing off the hatchet man.

4. Yes, but maybe it's time we call him on the carpet for it.
Someone needs to ask him, Matthews, what would a responsible journalist have done in the 90s that would have made a difference to us today? Shouldn't the media have looked into these organizations that were attacking Clinton in an unprecedented fashion? And why can you not see that you were an enabler which eventually helped bin Laden?

6. Ooookay...do you remember this objective term "honest broker?"
A journalist who is not an honest broker is not an objective journalist. Even the appearance of being an honest broker is critical in order to keep your credibility alive on television. Look what happened to Dan Rather when one of his reports looked like it was driven by his personal disgust for the Bushes.

So I ask you, how is it possible for Matthews to have MSNBC's confidence, when it's apparent that he is not an honest broker when it comes to the Clintons, and that his dishonesty is holding back some very deep introspection of what went wrong with the media in the 90s?
