if my office is any indication: Bush speech a flop!!
I work at a major hospital in a business office and the comments I've heard from everyone today have been universally hostile to Bush's speech.

Among the comments: "He is just trying to finish Daddy's dirty work",
"$87 billion for Iraq and nothing for our roads and schools.", "This is turning into another Vietnam." and best of all, "I won't make the mistake of voting for Bush again."

I don't think Rove can be too happy with the results of this speech.

6. It certainly is here in my office,
and especially from the wingnuts who consider(ed?) Smirk their Sugar Daddy, which is REALLY surprising, not to mention incredibly encouraging!

5. It was a flop period ...
It was one speech that touched on points no one liked: the war, spending when we're broke, trying to make peace with the UN.

Nobody was happy.

7. Bush is a cinch for "re-election"
as long as he can hang onto the Diebold vote.
