1. What's going on with that?

I thought he was going to introduce that bill when the Senate reconvened, but nothing seems to have happened with it. Is it the case that his Middle East vacation followed by the Rice hearings have eaten up his time, and that it'll be introduced soon?

I think introducing this bill would be a good tactical move and am anxious to see it set into motion.

for Secretary of State and US Atrorney General.

There is a lot going on now with that and the coronation. Perhaps it's best to wait until the news cycle is a bit quieter so that he can grab more headlines.
