Malloy thought
it was chicken-shit for the Dems to hold-off confirming Rice until after the Inauguration, and in the big picture I suppose it is, but a finger in Bushs' eye is always good!

1. I think it's funny. Why should they both get a $40 million+ party?
In a small way, this shows Bush that they are not scared of him NOR his so-called mandate. (I wonder if anyone has told him yet that barely beating the other candidate does not a mandate make).

Also, other Dems want to ask her some questions. Not everyone got to ask her questions about 9/11. I hope that they show this on CSPAN.

Boxer was brilliant today. Did Rice every answer Barbara Boxer's questions about Condi lying?

Condi knows she's got the job. It's just a technicality until
Colon Powell leaves the position or in layman's terms, cleans out his office.
