I was just referring to the Madness song "Our House." You know: Our house/In the middle of the street/Our house, etc. I always liked that song.

4. I agree. Let those who are represented pay for the service
The house of representatives is a corporate house. We could save a bundle by letting the corporations pay for their representation: the selections as well as the care, feeding and upkeep.

It's not the people's house. Let's call it what it is: McHouse. Let the corporate advertizing tagging and product placements begin!

And maybe the senators should come from corporations instead of states... hmmm, there's money to be saved and I don't see the downside.
