They were talking about the protestors (they did mention them) and unfortunately I cannot remember the spefics right now. But in essence they were mentioning how the protestors were upset about something then corrected it to supposedly about something.
I am disappointed with NPR but it is still worth fighting for. Its the closest thing we have to a decent source. Stop contributing and you give up on your voice there. I would say petition to get federal dollars flowing to it once again. A noncommercial broadcast is vital. Cutting them off from tax dollars has moved them into the corporations pockets and made them beholden to the government for the measely trickle they have left. Give them their voice back. Don't strangle it.
