someone recommended George RR Martin to me
someone recommended George RR Martin and I just finished up book 3 'A Storm of Swords'

holy crap were those books good. I inhaled all 3 of them like a bowl of cookies and cream.

At first they were hard for me to get into, but after a few hundred pages I could not stop reading. I finished up storm of swords last night. Never before has a book dropped my jaw like that before! I can't believe how many main characters got wasted!

Is a feast of crows out yet? When will it be in paperback...

and whoever you were who recommended George RR Martin can you recommend any other authors!

damn sam!

1. I don't think it is out yet
but I am waiting for it as well.

Those are incredible books. When I first read them and found all of the main characters getting wasted, I thought, "Damn...that's probably more like real life than fiction!"

2. It Could Have Been Me, Since I Recommend Him To Everyone
and I can also recommend Robin Hobb. Start w/ the Farseer Triology, book #1 of which is "Assassins Apprentice".

A Feast for Crows is not out yet. I eagerly anticipate it as well.

4. I am writing those names down
at first I was NOT into it. I thought, oh great, the inner politics of some kingdom, where are the monsters! Childish, I know...but I got so sucked in.

I was devastated by some of the things that happened in the book. I really got attached to a lot of the characters!
