TerrorSafe came to be in February of 2003 as the United States Military prepared, and the world community braced for war in Iraq. After nearly two years of immense effort towards research and development, TerrorSafe is open to our membership.

As our mission states, we aim to be a positive influence in the post 9/11 world: And our positive influence seeks to create positive energy and peaceful action that counter the negativity and fear surrounding terrorism. Thus, if we can all see both terrorism and the terrorists for what they really are - and take a proactive understanding of the realities and means of preparation for terrorist attack - we will fundamentally undermine their incentive to attack.
