((DEAN FOLKS)) check it out
Edited on Mon Sep-08-03 02:11 PM by newsguyatl
who needs republicans, the bush cabal or lieberman when you have people who post utter tripe like this www.deanblog.com

check it out dean folks... this is apparently where several folks go (including several here on DU) to get "the goods" on dean... from what little bit i've read so far, the entire site is completely devoid of fact. it's clear their purpose is to DISTORT and MISINFORM folks about the dean campaign.

for example, there's a thread there saying today that dean lost his temper in the interview with idiot lauer today -- simply NOT true (i should know, i watched the whole thing)

so i encourage dean people to keep folks (and sites) like this one in your radar... and please go there and give them a little dose of the truth...

you know the old adage about enemies...

3. But the crap earlier about Kerry is OK, right?
This is not deanrepublic.com.

I suggest you watch the distortions and misinformation from your people about the other candidates.

4. I actually like this blog.
It looks like this guy is giving US, the Dean supporters, a dose of truth. And frankly I support it.

Just because we support Dean doesn't mean we put blinders on. Quite the opposite, in fact.

7. Yeah that doesn;t sound like BS at all....

LOL! A thread mentions the basher blog and how it is a pile of BS for the most part and suddenly up pops someone to claim they are a Dean supporter but they like this blog for all the truth about Dean?

Yeah, and I got this great bridge for sale...

8. Go ahead and tell US
why do you support Dean? I'm always open to a "dose of truth".

Did you know that there is a difference between blinders and blindfolds?

Blinders don't actually blind, they block out the chaos in the other lanes and enable the horse to concentrate on the finish line.

9. Yeah talk about clueless...

"Gephardt: Gephardt did well last week, but his smoldering "horrible failure" line about Bush has come back to bite him a bit."

There are as yet undiscovered tribes in the deepest jungles of South America who know that what Gephardt said was that Bush is a "MISERABLE FAILURE." Yet this goon can’t seen to get even a simple detail like that right... and I'm supposed to trust his "facts" about Dean?

Bush team considers Dean formidable Republicans admit they underestimated Dem candidate

By Judy Keen
USA TODAY

WASHINGTON -- Republican Party officials and political advisers to President Bush admit that they underestimated Democratic presidential candidate Howard Dean and say they now consider him a formidable potential adversary.

Some Bush allies say he reminds them of another insurgent candidate who once bedeviled Bush: Arizona Sen. John McCain. His wins in Republican primary elections in New Hampshire and Michigan rattled Bush's 2000 campaign.

''There is something going on there, and I tell you, if we don't pay attention . . . we're making a big mistake,'' says Tom Rath, a Republican strategist and Bush adviser in New Hampshire.
