3. here's a PHOTO....ghastly...the trach-tube, the weight loss, frail...

still enabling the bush* war crimes to the end....he left immediately after his brief appearance....he hasn't been at work since October 2004....probably won't last much longer....

A hollow, wheezing rasp that sounded like a voice from just this side of the Grave. You could hear the Life slipping out of Rehnquist--just the way he sucked it out of the Constitution on 12/12/2000.
