2. Starve the beast.

They created a major fiscal crisis with their giant tax cuts for billionaires and the war in Iraq; now they get to use that fiscal crisis to make deep cuts in social spending. I also like how he's going to cut veterans' benefits. That's wonderful. They can keep going to war for you, Bush, but you can't give them the support they deserve.
