MTV plans to create Gay/Lesbian TV network

The network is called LOGO. It will be out this summer. This will be a landmark for gay rights movement that will help to stop stereotypes and homophobia.

will carry it. I for one will demand that they add it to their lineup. I already have something like five religious stations I can do without.

5. there's PAX, ABC, CBS, UPN, etc

which are all straight channels, not counting all the channels on cable that do not have gay characters or a gay show save for Showtime.

channels or awards are made for minorities (racial or sexual), I hear some people complain that they couldn't, for example, make something called "The White Channel" without being called racists.
