Talking Points

I've been amazed at the talking points of the GOP. When they say one thing in their speeches, they actually mean something entirely different. For example, they talk about:

Bringing democracy to Iraq (meaning = bombing the shit out of the country, killings thousands and stealing all their resources).

Bringing democracy and freedom to the rest of the world (= putting them under martial law, killing, torturing, invading their homes and privacy as they've done so far in Iraq)

Spending political capital (= reaping the benefits of privatizing election machines and officials).

Homeland Security's defending US from terrorists (= Homeland Security defending Bush & Co from protesters and accountability)

Reaching out to the Democrats (= insulting and trying to ruin them when they speak the truth or exercise dissent)

Beware afraid of the terrorists (= be afraid of what these desperate politicans might do if we don't let them have their way)

I'm trying to come up with a list to use for those who are just starting to realize something is wrong. Any other ones to add to my list?
