"France and Russia military-technical cooperation"
Saw this too late for LBN.

And what does this mean, from the Russian Defense Minister: "I assume that you can guess against whom these aircraft are intended to be used"?

FRANCE INTERESTED IN DEVELOPMENT OF A HEAVY HELICOPTER TOGETHER WITH RUSSIA - FRENCH DEFENSE MINISTER

MOSCOW, January 21 (RIA Novosti) - France is interested in the development together with Russia of a heavy helicopter on the basis of an existing Russian model, said French Defense Minister Michele Alliot-Marie. She called this project promising.

On Friday, the Russian President met with participants of the meeting of the Russian-French Cooperation Council on the security issues. Michele Alliot-Marie confirmed the plans to develop cooperation with Russia in designing unmanned aircraft.

"I can specify the potential area of our future cooperation - unmanned aircraft. I would like to ask your opinion about joint efforts in this sphere," the French minister said, addressing the Russian President.

"So far, we have coordinated theoretical possibility of joint efforts on the creation of unmanned aircraft. I assume that you can guess against whom these aircraft are intended to be used," Russian Defense Minister told journalists earlier.

1. I've said it before and I'll say it again ...
the rest of the world is not going to put up with the US bullsh*t much longer. They're joining forces, forming alliances and making deals - they don't want us, nor do they need us. It's 1939 ... and we're Germany. :scared:

2. It makes sense.
France and Russia were in an alliance before 1914. For the same reason. It is this. They were faced by blustering militarism then also.
