Voting process? Democracy?? For us, last week the Rovian format was dumbing down the elections and the effect for the US via Colin Powell.
From what I'm understanding, no one is allowed to know where they are to vote in Iraq until the day of to deter insurgents. I seriously wouldn't blame anyone for crawling under their bed til this is over. Oiy!
