There was a group of 4 or so arrested and I'm pretty sure convicted here in Oregon. Not the Madrid fingerprint guy, other ones. But I don't know how to decide whether the Patriot Act was involved or what you would consider a terrorist being caught by the Patriot Act. I think you need to be more specific. :shrug:
