I OBJECT to GAY MARRIAGE

--but only when an unsuspecting straight person is involved.

Talk about a train-wreck.

2. Me too! Marriage is a godless, soul stealing trap...
... that no person should take part in.

3. I disagree. I just remarried after 20 years of being divorced.
This man is a genuine partner. We support each other 100%. But then again we have been blessed to have one of those relationships where people have looked at us and said, you two were just made for each other.

4. I frankly do not care. It is a contrast and goes like this=====
Some part is state run and you have to do and the rest is un-written or through a church that you have to both agree on or it does not work. The state part is what the law looks at only. Half the churches do not even stick to what they say they believe. All you have to do is look at our society to see that.

8. Different deal BUT--
I have a hard time buying the "unsuspecting" aspect vis a' vis the eventually-gay partner.

I'll acknowledge, however, that it COULD happen...
