Imagine you are at a Trial
You are the Plaintiff, and somebody else is the Defendant.

Let's say the Judge says he is committed to letting the Defendant off the hook.

Would you say this is a fair trial?

Look at the elections.

Look at Diebold (a company which counts the votes).

Let's say it's CEO said he was committed to delivering the votes to the President of the United States.

Would you say that would have been a fair election?
