Are Americans more selfish and lazy than other country's citizens?
I think a lot of Americans spend way too much time yakking on their cell phones and typing on message boards because they are bored. ;)

Maybe some other country could win the title of most selfish or most lazy, but in the context of our Military Might...I find our country to be the tops.

Too much information? Bullshit. Americans choose to use the internet to buy more goo-gahs for their expresso machines and doggie clothing than they spend time reading news and world affairs.

Overworked! Overwhelmed! Bullshit. Americans choose to spend countless hours on consumeristic quests and celebrity obsessions and scurrilous gossip over obvious problems in their communities/country.

Bad Education System! Bullshit. Are you kidding me? Kids in Sri Lanka have a better understanding of what Rumsfeld is up to than the kids in America.

Propaganda! Yep. It's not new. It has been around a very long time.

I am tired of making excuses for why Americans believe and behave so badly. Oh, and then we have talk shows, pet psychics and therapy and the PILLS, thank Jesus for the PILLS to help us all feel so much better!!

Americans like to think they're the only ones who are charitable and work for a living. Wrong. Many Americans today seem to lack common sense, humility and empathy.

What goes around, comes around. I fear the worst.

6. Certainly the list could go on...
And before Carlos jumps in to call me a "blame America First" person ...

Who do we blame for the invasion, death and destruction of Iraq and thusly the destabilization of the ME?
