they not once name a specific office or agency that actually tested the water and what the results were. Where are the experts? It's just "city officials" saying the water is fine now.
(Aside: Does the EPA even exist anymore?)

we've had many bad rains before, nothing like this happened. Interesting, just like the shrub admn. no one takes responsibility except mother nature. Poor mother nature, but we should be careful because a woman can be vindictive.
