Can This White House Memo Be Verified?

I have heard nothing of this... which leads me to the question of it is true or not. I got it in an e-mail, and wouldn't be surprised if it was true. Just asking my fellow DU'ers if they have seen it...

and got bumped as an advisor to bushjrco - I believe earlier than when this "memo" is dated.

I seriously question the veracity of this document.

8. The only thing that can be varified as genuine is...

the fact that the document has the correct Executive order 12958 - declassification schedule. Hmmm, why was it declassified two days before the document was even prepared? Me thinks a classified documents clerk is having some fun.
