Statute of Limitations
As we all know, regardless of the amount of lying and cheating going on, this regime has committed some major "high crimes and misdemeanors" right from the very beginning, including Dickhead's covert meeting with the Gas, Oil and Petroleum (GOP) companies that shaped our current energy policy.

As we all know, there has been so much lying that it's difficult to find any nugget of truth at all coming from the lips of all these criminals.

But what's more important is that in the United States there is a statute of limitations on many different crimes.

Most crimes have a statute of 7 years. That means that by the time we can kick these assholes out, they can no longer be held accountable for many of the crimes they committed early in the first administration.

I know, however, that there is no statute for murder, but the period of time for some misdemeanors is only 3 years, and most felonies are at that 7 year mark.

Is there a lawyer anywhere who can say what the statute is on certain Federal crimes? Among these would be perjury, treason, collusion and I'm sure at least one or more of every possible crime that could be named.

If this IS true, many of these people will literally, get away with murder (or as close to it as possible). Unless they continue to perpetrate all of these crimes without regard to the potential punishments, they could have nothing to worry about when they finally crash and burn like we hope they all will.

1. Truthfully I think the Statue of limitations is a minor concern
The truth is even getting this case to go forward will be extremely difficult (I'm also not sure that Cheney meeting with energy companies to work on an energy policy is illegal).
