don't have a clue about computers and the internet. That is why it is our job to educate them.

Whenever I call a rep I tell them about DU.

I even had the privilege of explaining what a freeper was to an older woman who answered the phones at Conyers office in Michigan two years ago. Conyers was getting bombarded with hate calls and I explained to her that it was the Freepers and how they worked. She had never heard the term freeper before that.
