First it was Arnold announcing on the day that Gore was to make a significant speech. That speech could have been the occassion to re-start something.

But Gore was pushed off the front page, by Arnold's announcement.

Now the big story is Arnold's racist statements and attitudes made as a bodybuilder. What do we get instead as the big issue?

Whether Gray Davis should appologize to Arnold for mocking his accent!! :wtf:

made a big thing out of Arnold's demanding an apology.

When I read the story, I thought the demand for an apology might backfire. It sounded petty and whiny to me. It certainly did not sound like the kind of thing the Terminator would do.

Also would the Terminator get egged at a rally? And would a parade committee disinvite the Terminator?

Arnold isn't looking very macho to me. He isn't coming across as a leader.
