so no cars in Iraq this weekend... |

I read an article today saying there's a curfew starting today (Friday) lasting through Monday. From 7:00pm 'til 6:00am, nobody allowed outside. No cars are allowed on the roads AT ALL until Monday.
So should we presume there are voting booths within walking distance of every Iraqi?
