It's a sad day in America, |
|
when we go into an unnecessary war under false pretenses, How can WE the people allow this to be? What ever happened to Diplomacy? Are we doomed? So many questions, so little time.

2. true, America invades, absorbs and conquers at will |
|
manifest destiny, the march of the white man, the gospel of love must be spread with bombs, we worship a man of peace, and we slaughter thousands in our wake. it's always been this way, I just thought we might grow out of it, but I've given up my fairy tales.

We to plow thru a civil war, then World I, then that silly World World II and then Korea and then Vietnam. Imagine what a better world this would be if just coouch-potato'd it.

America has been committing genocide around the globe for at least 60 years now, why are you all of a sudden outraged?
We have a giggling killer as President (thanks Mike Malloy) and an impostor who has just ran a fake campaign against him, an impostor who actually voted for this Iraqi mass killing (yet another American crime against humanity), WE the people will for sure allow this to be, and there's much more to come, save your outrage.

5. Genocide is a pretty strong charge, I'm not sure I see it. |

that's just about the cruelest, most cynical thing I've read on this board lately. I bet you'll say next year 'don't dwell' on the thousands of innocent Iraqi butchered by Americans in 2003, 2004 and 2005.

7. Diplomacy? that's now Condi's job. |
|
According to Bush, we can't be a wastin' time talkin'... He has to do the 'hard work' and make 'tough decisions'. You can't be the 'arsenal of democracy' by just talkin' ya gotta act.
Where have you been the last 4 years?

People in Iraq VOTED under Saddam, it was a sham. Now they have ANOTHER SHAM under the US occupation. Even if they get to the stations alive, they don't even know WHO IS RUNNING! Even if they vote for someone (even though they don't know who they're voting for), I guarantee you Bush and his cronies are making this completely fraudulent. Even if nothing goes amiss (dream on) and the candidates take their positions of power, how is ANYTHING GOING TO CHANGE?!?!? Chaos, unemployment and everything else will continue and there will be NOTHING the newly "elected" (selected by the US) body can do about it. The US will continue to occupy and oppress Iraq and its people. Until the US leaves and Iraqis take control of their country, nothing will change.
Nice try.

|
Maybe we shoudl get the election process straightened out here before we throw our unreliable easily mainpulated elections at other countries.
