Does Rush ever talk about Al Franken...

and Franken's "lies" or some such? Al spends a lot of time (I only get to listen for 30 minutes every few weeks) debunking stuff the other bozos say. I wonder if he's reached enough people (Al) to force them to address the issues he's raising.

How are the ratings anyway? Good I hope. It seems like AAR is doing far better than it looked maybe 6 months ago.

I actually get a chance to listen to more Randi Rhodes than Franken. She's doing great, and definitely irking the right wing wack jobs.

and tears the right wing callers apart, and uses facts to do it! I loved her attack on the guy who called in about torture yesterday.

Those people who move into "where's the outrage about the beheadings" are immediately so incredibly stupid, it's hard to talk to even reason with them or take them seriously. I mean isn't it *OBVIOUS* that it's outrageous, but the thing is WE DON'T CONTROL THE INSURGENTS, WE DON'T CONTROL TERRORISTS, but we SHOULD be able to control our Government. That's why we're outraged by what George Jr. and his cronies are doing, because they're doing it in our name, and we SHOULD be able to stop it.

In three hours on a bad day he may play three clips. Many days Rush is not mentioned even though he is a target rich blob. Small price to pay for a Al's show.

I just know too many people who get all their "news" from Rush, so debunking him is absolutely necessary, I just hope he gets enough of an audience to do it effectively and get the word out conclusively that Rush is a big fat liar.

I think he's chosen Hannity as his successor and wants to prop him up. But he's never mentioned O'Reilly, Savage, Liddy, or any of the Air America people by name. I think he talked about Air America as a concept for a while but doesn't address them much. O'Reilly won't shut up about anyone; he's the one who calls Franken "Stuart Smalley."
