The only picture that opened was of a little boy with skis. I see no conceivable reason why he would have attended Ghandi's funeral. He was a kid in Wyoming then. I don't think he came from a connected family, did he? Lynn Cheney has told stories about how hapless he was as a teenager and young adult.
Furthermore, that is obviously a recent photo. Color photos were rare in the 1940s, and the clothing is modern.
Why am I bothering replying to this? You can't really be so dense you think this could be a photo of Cheney.

8. This has to do with the news story
...about Cheney showing up to the Polish memorial ceremonies in a parka, a cheap knitted cap with logos on it, and hiking boots.

Apparently he got the message, though--the next day, at the wreath laying, he managed to find a pair of real shoes and a nice black overcoat.
