That's just long-range weapons. Each nation also built tens of thousand short-range weapons, but both long- and short-range arsenals were partially dismantled after the cold war. As of 2000, Russia possessed about 20,000 nuclear weapons deployed or in storage, while the United States had 9,000.
So no, to answer your question.

in the top five. Funny how we're going around bossing people around telling them to disarm but we don't either and we have so many wmd's in our own country. :eyes: And here we go invading and occuping countries spreading "democracy."
