Words like "landmark" and "fledgeling democracy" will be used.
Specifics will be avoided, other than some staged events.
Only much later will the results trickle out.

(the only 'candidate' to have unfetterred access to Iraqi media) "... and have established a new Democracy in Iraq." (Democracy being the puppet government we need.)
