Anyone know the latest statistics regarding US soldier suicides?
The only info I can find is from well over a year ago and lists the count at 17.

Any links to updated info would be appreciated.

4. thanks... actually it's 88 confirmed according to the article
as the confirmations are broken down into "In Iraq:21" "Outside Iraq:67"

Thanks for this info... I'm still digging for something more recent.

5. The govt. doesn't seem concerned about suicides that occur in
the U.S. Those reports just talk about suicides that occur in Kuwait and Iraq.

8. Note that the WashTimes article is only about suicides in Iraq, not
in the U.S., where most occur.

9. Someone somewhere has to be paying attention to the suicide rate
of soldiers returning to the US. Also wonder how many suicides that happen in Iraq are reported as accidental deaths.
