We are looking for a special venue, close to DFW with credibility and name recognition. I've been calling everywhere, I need help, anyone out there with some connections? Also, needs to be as affordable as anyone can conceive. Book signing, pre speech reception, it is the launch of bring Democracy Now to Dallas. Help. Please.

Usually, Unitarian Churches are very open to renting their facilities to Peace groups, and are not too expensive, and sometimes they are free. I live in California, though...

Cathedral of Hope church? It's primarily a gay and lesbian church close to downtown Dallas. (Closer to Love Field) Maybe give the bookstore there a call and if they don't know, maybe they can point you in the right direction.

Cathedral of Hope is hosting an event in early Feb. Go to www.dallaspeacecenter.org or www.ecapc.org
