Martial Law elections. Borders are closed, airspace is closed, curfews are enforced....yep, these are free elections.

2. Curfews...
Bushie made sure there are only a very few places where Iraqi's are allowed to vote then made a rediculously early curfew to ensure that the vast majority of Iraqi's wouldn't be allowed to vote since they wouldn't be able to travel from their home and back within the small amount of time each day that they aren't under house arrest. I still can't believe the world has allowed Bushie to imprison 25 million people like that.
